When we first arrived in Santa Cruz for our day at the boardwalk, I saw a “Keep Santa Cruz Weird” t-shirt. No worries there. This place has some of the best people-watching available. I wasn’t on my A-game that day, so I didn’t really capture the weirdness at all.
